Girls Chess Championship

Friday 18th Oct, our top five girl Chess team players travelled to Loretto College and played in the 2024 Girls' Chess Championship. There were 50 girls in the competition, representing seven schools from around the State. We were so excited to hold onto third place in a fantastic competition. 

Congratulations to the team, who represented Prescott so well, encouraging each other at every game and demonstrating true sportsmanship in all situations. We are so proud of you girls. We would also like to thank Loretto College for being such a wonderful and welcoming host.
